So, I stole shamelessly (and lovingly) from the Beatles song, but what can I say? I'm looking for a new theme song for my life that doesn't involve a country twang and a husband saying good-bye to 10 years of marriage.
I won't lie. It's been an absolute shell-shock of an experience. Luckily, I've been blessed with family and friends who have been incredibly supportive. So, I've dusted myself off, I've gone through the final stages of the divorce process, and I am ready to start the next chapter in my life.
What I won't do here: Trash my ex. So, if you're looking for the bitter-angry-I-want-to-rip-his-balls-off kind of blog, look elsewhere.
